Clarence Edward Holmes

Clarence Edward "Ed" Holmes, age 83, of Bristol, Tenn., passed away on Thursday, June 5, 2025, at the Rehab Center & Memory Care at Bristol. He was born to the late William Edward Holmes and Elsie Finch Holmes in Emporia, Va.

He is survived by two daughters, Teresa Marie Simmons and husband, Bruce, of Emporia, Va. and Mary Ann Holmes of Roanoke Rapids, N.C.; two brothers, Billy Holmes of Richmond, Va. and Roland Holmes of Roanoke Rapids, N.C.; two grandchildren, Cody Simmons and Kayla Simmons; and two great grandchildren, Braxton Cole Simmons and Austin Lane Simmons.
