Frances Bell Price Cook

Frances Bell “Tincy” Price Cook, age 73, of Abingdon, Va., went to be with the Lord on Monday, December 29, 2025, at Johnston Memorial Hospital. She was born October 7, 1952, to the late Ernest Yokley Price and Viola Marie Greer Price. She was naturally domestic and content being at home with her family.

In addition to her parents, Tincy was also preceded in death by her daughter, Amy Webb; grandson, David Cannon, Jr.; and a sister, Edna Crisp.

She is survived by her son, David Cannon, of Abingdon, Va.; daughter, Joyce Marie Cannon, of the home; three sisters: Joyce Crusenberry and husband, Terry, of Bristol, Va.; Freda Gill and husband, Danny, of Abingdon, Va.; and Nancy Watson and husband, Ronnie, of North Carolina; eight grandchildren: Brittany Marie Tanner and fiancé, Steavie Mullins; Kayla Cheyanne Winebarger; Skylar Gill; Gage Webb; Jacob Webb; Jessica Keohane; Krystal Broady; and Jackson Reynolds; 14 great grand grandchildren, Josiah, TaeShawn, Jaidyn, Caiden, JaKiah, Micah, Ellie, Wiley, Nolan, Thomas, Annabelle, Zoey, Maverick, and Keegan.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 10, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. at the First Freewill Baptist Church, 1741 Euclid Ave., Bristol, VA 24201, with Pastor David Mizelle officiating.
