Joyce Ann Osborne

Joyce Ann Osborne, age 73, of Abingdon, Va., passed away on Friday, August 21, 2026, surrounded by her family. She will be remembered for her heart of gold. Joyce was loving and caring to all she knew and met, and she will be greatly missed.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth Balthazrr and Rosa Martin Balthazrr; her son, Jeffrey Osborne; and her brother, James Balthazrr.

She is survived by two daughters, Crystal (Kenny) Osborne of Bristol, Va., and Deborah Osborne of Abingdon, Va.; two brothers, Wayne (Sharon) Balthazrr and Howard (Danielle) Balthazrr, all of Florida; a sister, Sue (Donnie) Thompson, of the home; eight grandchildren, Danielle, David, Cory, Heather, Scotty, Isabella, Megan, and Craig; as well as several great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held at a future date.
