Lisa Anne Howell

Lisa Anne Howell, age 64, of Bristol, Va., passed away on Thursday, October 16, 2025, at Bristol Regional Medical Center. She was born to Frank Wilson and Patricia Cameron Wilson in Moore County, N.C. Lisa formerly worked in the cafeteria at Virginia High School and was a member of Highlands Fellowship Bristol Campus.

In addition to her father, Lisa was also preceded in death by her husband, Randall Blaylock; and her brother, David Wilson.

Along with her mother, she is survived by her husband, Kenneth Franklin Howell; three daughters: Teresa Gragg and fiancé, John Andresen, of Bristol, Va.; Brandie Gragg and fiancé, Logan Jones, of Bristol, Va.; Ashley Stanley and husband, Gage, of Bristol, Tenn.; two brothers, Cam Wilson of Aberdeen, N.C. and Danny Wilson of Pinehurst, N.C.; 9 grandchildren; Lexi Hancock, Andy and Ryan Hilliard, Levi Haga, Astraia and Alethia Kudela, and Dean, and Annaliese and Aurora Stanley; and a great granddaughter, Emery Hancock.

A funeral ceremony will be held on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. at Highlands Fellowship Bristol, 134 Commerce Ct., Bristol, VA 24202, with Pastor Gary Childers officiating. A committal service will follow at Mountain View Cemetery. Pallbearers will be John Andresen, Dylan Hancock, Andy Hilliard, Billy Hilliard, Ryan Hilliard, Logan Jones, and Gage Stanley. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 12:00 p.m.-1:00 p.m. at the church.
