Ricky Dale Harris

Ricky Dale Harris, age 66, passed away on Sunday, April 5, 2026, at his residence. He was born September 1, 1959, to the late Orville Lee Harris and Betty Presley Harris.  

In addition to his parents, Ricky was also preceded in death by his brother, Henry Harris; and a sister, Debbie Griffith.

He is survived by his fiancée, Rebecca Ann Ball; 10 children: Mary Jo Ellen Ball, of Paint Lick, Va.; Melissa Jane Caldwell, of Belfast, Va.; Ricky Jesse and wife, Megan, of Ohio; Britney Cox and husband, Dustin, of Abingdon, Va.; Bryan Harris, of Richlands, Va.; George Harris, of Honaker, Va.; Samantha Wimmer and Christopher Wimmer, both of Fla.; Caitlin Hurd and Brandon Harris, both of Lebanon, Va.;  six siblings: Sandra Osborne of Honaker, Va.; Bonita Mitchell and husband, Johnnie, of Tazewell, Va.; Brooke Crabtree and husband, Robert, of Honaker, Va.; Mary Jo Harris and Robbin Rickher, both of Ohio; and Timmy Stump of Mount Vernon, Ohio; several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
