William R. "Bill" Wheeler, age 80, of Abingdon, Va., passed away on Monday, April 7, 2025, at Abingdon Health & Rehab Center. He was born July 7, 1944, to the late Zenias William Wheeler and Elizabeth Louise Wheeler in Tazewell County, Va.
He was a beloved teacher with the Washington County Virginia School System for many years.
At his request, no formal services have been planned.
